What You Eat Counts!

Okay, while I am NOT a dietitian, nor do I play one on TV... What you eat IS a piece of the acne puzzle we MUST address. Those who suffer with acne must make necessary adjustments if they want to get and stay clear. Eating low-glycemic foods will help. Eating NO dairy (okay, maybe a little plain yogurt now and then won't hurt you). By dairy, I mean no milk, cheese, cottage cheese, etc. No androgen-producing foods like peanuts, vegetable oils ( a little extra virgin olive oil, butter, and coconut oil in your food is fine). Getting adequate Omega 3 Fish Oil is also helpful. Make sure it is a high-quality one. There's more, but this is a start.
